Antoine  married  Marie-Josephe LAMY dite DEFOND 19 May 1728 in Sorel, Canada, New France .  Marie-Josephe LAMY dite DEFOND  was born 13 July 1701 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Marie-Josephe died 26 November 1782 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Marie-Josephe was the child of Pierre LAMY dit DEFOND and Catherine SALVAIL (SALVAYE).

Antoine  married  (2) Francoise OUTELAS 3 February 1756 in Kaskaskia, Illinois Territory .  Francoise OUTELAS  was born 31 May 1730 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  Francoise was the child of Joseph OUTLAW (OUTELAS) and Marie-Anne BOUCHER dite MONBRUN.

Antoine DROUET DE LA COLONNERIE died 28 January 1792 in Berthierville, Lower Canada .
