Francois  married  Dorothee MOREAU 19 January 1768 in Kamouraska, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Dorothee MOREAU  was born 15 January 1742 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Dorothee died 23 May 1790 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Dorothee was the child of Pierre-Joseph MOREAU and Dorothée MICHAUD.

Francois  married  (2) Josephte DANCOSSE 30 October 1797 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .  Josephte DANCOSSE  was born 25 January 1752 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Josephte died 21 June 1843 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Josephte was the child of Joseph DANCOSSE and Marie-Josephte MIVILLE dite DESCHÊNES.

Francois OUELLET died 19 June 1822 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
