Jean MARTEL dit LAMONTAGNE  was born 1 March 1717 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  Jean died 18 June 1799 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Jean was the child of Joseph-Alphonse MARTEL and Marguerite GROINIER.

Marie-Anne LETARTRE (LETARTE) died 26 April 1801 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
