Marie-Josephte  married  Antoine-Louis HAMEL 22 February 1745 in Sainte-Croix, Lotbinière, Canada, New France .  Antoine-Louis HAMEL  was born abt. 1722 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Antoine-Louis died 20 July 1792 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Antoine-Louis was the child of Louis HAMEL and Marie-Françoise HOUDE dite BELLEFEUILLE.

Marie-Josephte LEMIRE died 20 April 1755 in Sainte-Croix, Lotbinière, Canada, New France.
