Zacharie  married  Marie-Catherine LEVESQUE 21 November 1768 in Rivière-Ouelle, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Marie-Catherine LEVESQUE  was born 24 June 1745 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marie-Catherine died 28 March 1827 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marie-Catherine was the child of Jean-Baptiste LEVESQUE and Geneviève CÔTÉ.

Zacharie DUBE died 1 May 1820 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
