Charles  married  Veronique SAMSON 1 March 1756 in Lauzon, Lévis, Canada, New France .  Veronique SAMSON  was born abt. 1736 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Veronique died 10 April 1777 in Saint-Henri, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon).  Veronique was the child of Joseph SAMSON and Catherine GUAY.

Charles  married  (2) Genevieve MAROIS 23 November 1778 in Saint-Henri, Province of Québec, Canada .  Genevieve MAROIS  was born 14 May 1750 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Genevieve died 3 May 1790 in Saint-Henri, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon).  Genevieve was the child of Charles MAROIS and Marguerite GAGNÉ.

Charles GUAY died 2 January 1792 in Saint-Henri, Lower Canada .
