François  married  Marie Rose (Rosalie) BOUCHER 22 October 1792 in Lanoraie, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 8 children.
Marie Rose (Rosalie) BOUCHER  was born 4 August 1768 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marie Rose (Rosalie) died 17 January 1814 in Lanoraie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Lanoraie).  Marie Rose (Rosalie) was the child of Joseph BOUCHER and Dorothée-Rose PARADIS.

François HÉTU died 1 January 1827 in Lanoraie, Lower Canada .
