Paul BAILLARGEON  was born 16 April 1695 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Paul died 26 January 1750 in La-Pérade, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade).  Paul was the child of Nicolas BAILLARGEON and Anne CRÉPEAU.
