François MIGNIER dit LAGACÉ  was born 19 July 1752 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  François died 1 June 1826 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  François was the child of Joseph MIGNIER dit LAGACÉ and Marie-Anne OUELLET.
