Georges-Charles FRASER  was born 6 November 1798 in Rimouski, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur) (Saint-Germain) (Le Bic).  Georges-Charles died 9 March 1843 in L'Isle-Verte, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-l'Isle-Verte).  Georges-Charles was the child of Charles Georges FRASER and Constance BOUILLON.
