Charles OUELLET  was born 22 September 1790 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Charles died 23 November 1857 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  Charles was the child of André OUELLET and Geneviève LEMIEUX.

Louise GAGNE died 12 May 1832 in Cap-St-Ignace, Lower Canada .
