Cesar died 15 April 1906 in Saint-Irénée, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada (St-Irenee). Cesar was the child of Pierre TREMBLAY and Rosalie TREMBLAY.
From its inception in the early 1600s until 1760, it was called Canada, New France.
