Theotiste TREMBLAY  was born 29 June 1776 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Theotiste died 10 July 1839 in Château-Richer, Québec, Canada (La Visitation-de-Notre-Dame de Chateau-Richer).  Theotiste was the child of Jean-Baptiste TREMBLAY and Angélique SIMARD.
