Marie-Edmee  married  (2) Jean VALADE dit LAVERGNE 8 October 1766 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Laval, Province of Québec, Canada .  Jean VALADE dit LAVERGNE  was born 15 January 1709 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Jean died 1 December 1787 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Jean was the child of Jean VALADE and Marie-Anne GAUDREU.
