Ignace LECLERC dit FRANCOEUR  was born 19 August 1725 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Ignace was the child of Joseph LECLERC dit FRANCOEUR and Francoise-Marguerite DURAND.
