Charles LECLERC  was born 3 June 1796 in Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, Québec, Canada .  Charles died 31 July 1865 in St-Anselme, Bellechasse, Quebec, Canada.  Charles was the child of Basile LECLERC and Marie-Angelique GUENETTE.
