Simon-Prudent LAINESSE dit LALIBERTÉ  was born 25 October 1798 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada (Saints-Gervais-et-Protais).  Simon-Prudent died 11 June 1874 in Saint-Henri, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon).  Simon-Prudent was the child of Louis-Barthelemy LAINESSE dit LALIBERTÉ (LAINÉ) and Madeleine MARCOUX.
