Jacques LECLERC  was born 14 January 1702 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Jacques died 15 May 1778 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada.  Jacques was the child of Pierre LECLERC and Elisabeth-Isabelle RONDEAU.
