Jean-Baptiste  married  Marie-Thérèse VAILLANCOURT 31 January 1757 in Kamouraska, Canada, New France .  Marie-Thérèse VAILLANCOURT  was born 6 December 1735 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Marie-Thérèse died 4 December 1806 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud).  Marie-Thérèse was the child of Joseph VAILLANCOURT and Thérèse MARTIN.
