Julie married Paul LUSSIER 2 March 1829 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada . Paul LUSSIER was born 1 September 1808 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur). Paul was the child of Jean-Baptiste LUSSIER and Marie-Josephe GAUDREAU.
From its inception in the early 1600s until 1760, it was called Canada, New France.

1763 to 1791 - Province of Québec
1791 to 1867 - Lower Canada
