Joseph  married  Reine LUSSIER 18 September 1815 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada .  Reine LUSSIER  was born 19 February 1798 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Reine died 15 January 1835 in La Présentation, Québec, Canada (La Presentation-de-la-Sainte-Vierge) .  Reine was the child of Jean-Baptiste LUSSIER and Victoire BORDUAS.

Joseph BENOIT died 11 August 1818 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada .
