François-Hebert  married  Catherine HOUDE 3 November 1795 in Lauzon, Lévis, Lower Canada .  Catherine HOUDE  was born 9 September 1760 in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, Québec, Canada.  Catherine died 26 April 1832 in Saint-Jean-Chrysostôme, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Chrysostôme-de-Lauzon).  Catherine was the child of Pierre HOUDE and Marie-Louise CROTEAU.
