Philippe HEBERT  was born 24 February 1801 in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Québec, Canada (Saint-Hilaire).  Philippe died 4 April 1873 in Beloeil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil).  Philippe was the child of Philippe HEBERT and Marie-Ursule BOUSQUET.
