Nicolas  married  Charlotte ETHIER 12 February 1787 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Province of Québec, Canada .  Charlotte ETHIER  was born 21 June 1766 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Rose-de-Lima).  Charlotte died 11 July 1843 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Charlotte was the child of François ETHIER and Marie-Anne MAGUET (MAILLET).
