Charles GARCEAU  was born 9 January 1819 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (St-Johns) (Dorchester).  Charles died 10 February 1886 in Napierville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Cyprien) (Saint-Édouard).  Charles was the child of François GARCEAU and Marie-Anne DAUNAIS.
