Joseph-Marie OUELLET  was born 18 January 1747 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Joseph-Marie died 21 March 1831 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Joseph-Marie was the child of Jean-Baptiste OUELLET and Geneviève TARDIF.
