Joseph GAGNÉ  was born 3 April 1759 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Joseph was the child of Jean GAGNÉ and Marguerite-Apolline SIMARD.
