SOUTHBRIDGE - Lorraine C. Desmarais, 62, of 68 Elm St. died yesterday in Harrington Memorial Hospital after being stricken at home.

She leaves several cousins.

She was born in Woonsocket, R.I., daughter of Sergius and Aldea (Javery) Desmarais, and had lived here most of her life.

There will be a funeral Mass at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Notre Dame Church, 456 Main St. Burial will be in St. Roch's Cemetery, Oxford.

There are no calling hours.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and suggests instead that memorial donations may be made to Notre Dame Restoration Fund, 61 Marcy St., Southbridge, 01550.

Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., is directing arrangements.
