Jean CHIASSON dit GIASSON  was born abt. 1668 in Acadia, Canada (Acadie).  Jean died 24 January 1719 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Jean was the child of Guyon CHIASSON dit LAVALLEE and Jeanne BERNARD.
