Charles  married  Marie-Louise LEFEBVRE 8 October 1764 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Louise LEFEBVRE  was born 8 April 1742 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  Marie-Louise died 16 February 1822 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Louise was the child of Claude LEFEBVRE dit DESCÔTEAUX and Catherine DESROCHES.

Charles GUAY died 29 November 1826 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Lower Canada.
