Michel-Ambroise TOUPIN dit DUSSAULT  was born 26 June 1707 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales).  Michel-Ambroise died 19 May 1776 in Donnacona, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-des-Écureuils) (Les Ecureuils).  Michel-Ambroise was the child of Jacques DUSSAULT dit TOUPIN and Romaine CONSTANTINEAU.
