Francois  married  Marguerite SIROIS dite DUPLESSIS 19 January 1795 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marguerite SIROIS dite DUPLESSIS  was born 8 February 1774 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marguerite died 22 May 1836 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marguerite was the child of Augustin SIROIS and Marie-Anne BOUCHER.

Francois MOREAU died 7 February 1811 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
