Jean-Jacques  married  Marguerite LEVESQUE 20 July 1766 in Kamouraska, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marguerite LEVESQUE  was born 4 July 1740 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marguerite died 31 May 1780 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marguerite was the child of François LEVESQUE and Marguerite GUÉRET dite DUMONT.

Jean-Jacques  married  (2) Judith GAUVIN 14 January 1782 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Province of Québec, Canada .  Judith GAUVIN  was born 15 September 1752 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Judith died 12 June 1825 in L'Isle-Verte, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-l'Isle-Verte).  Judith was the child of Charles-François GAUVIN and Marie-Françoise DUBE.

Jean-Jacques LEBEL died 4 June 1807 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
