Jean-Baptiste BRODEUR dit LAVIGNE  was born 16 December 1731 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Jean-Baptiste died 9 August 1817 in Marieville, Rouville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Monnoir).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Ignace BRODEUR dit LAVIGNE and Marie-Anne JOUET.
