François  married  Charlotte BELAND 5 November 1739 in Neuville, Portneuf, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Charlotte BELAND  was born 2 November 1713 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales).  Charlotte died 6 May 1773 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Charlotte was the child of Mathurin BÉLAND and Anne CONSTANTINEAU.

François BOURBEAU died 21 July 1804 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Lower Canada .
