Charles-Etienne CHARTIER  was born 30 September 1752 in Longue-Pointe, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-d'Assise-de-la-Longue-Pointe).  Charles-Etienne died 6 March 1822 in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Québec, Canada.  Charles-Etienne was the child of Charles CHARTIER and Catherine CHAUDILLON.
