Joseph  married  Louise ARCHAMBAULT 3 September 1844 in Repentigny, Canada East .  Louise ARCHAMBAULT  was born 5 August 1825 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Louise died 9 December 1897 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Louise was the child of Antoine ARCHAMBAULT and Marie-Josephe SÉVIGNY.

Joseph GATIEN died 21 February 1849 in Bonsecours, Canada East .
