Joseph SIBERT dit BÉLAIR (CIBERT)  was born 21 December 1769 in L'Assomption, Lanaudiere, Quebec, Canada.  Joseph died 2 April 1830 in Joliette, Québec, Canada (Industry Village) (Saint-Charles-Borromée) (Saint-Paul-de-Lavaltrie).  Joseph was the child of François CIBERT dit BELAIR (SIBERT) and Marguerite GAREAU.

Angelique LAREAU died 25 November 1824 in Joliette, Lower Canada .
