Basile  married  Elisabeth BECHARD 17 January 1757 in Kamouraska, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 1 child. Elisabeth BECHARD  was born 18 October 1738 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Elisabeth died 24 May 1821 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Elisabeth was the child of Louis BÉCHARD and Catherine-Francoise GUENETTE.

Basile LAVOIE died 28 February 1811 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
