He married  Charlotte CARPENTIER dite BAILLY 31 March 1761 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Canada .  Charlotte CARPENTIER dite BAILLY  was born 28 February 1718 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  She died 21 June 1792 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Québec, Canada.  She was the daughter of Medard CARPENTIER dit BAILLY and Jeanne PROVENCHER.
