Charles MASSÉ dit SANCERRE  was born 29 February 1756 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Charles died 2 June 1831 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Charles was the child of Pierre-Paul MASSÉ dit SANCERRE and Catherine ROBERT.
