Prédécédé par ses parents, Joseph-Raoul Caya et Rose Le-Clair, un fils et une fille, son épouse, Clairette Beaudoin, il laisse dans le deuil la mère de ses enfants Myrna Campbell, son fils, Robert Caya (Angie) et ses petits-enfants; ses deux belles-filles: Danielle Trudeau (Daniel Osborne) et Chantal Trudeau (Benoit Barolet).

Une célébration de prières, en présence des cendres, aura lieu le vendredi 12 juillet 2013 à 19h à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS située au 1369, boul. La Vérendrye O. à Gatineau.
