Charles  married  Madeleine BEDARD 2 October 1786 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Province of Québec, Canada .  Madeleine BEDARD  was born 17 July 1756 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Madeleine died 27 April 1791 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Madeleine was the child of Jean-Baptiste BEDARD and Marie-Madeleine PAQUET.

Charles  married  (2) Marie-Josephte MARTIN dite BEAULIEU 12 February 1792 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Lower Canada .  Marie-Josephte MARTIN dite BEAULIEU  was born 4 July 1756 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Marie-Josephte died 29 March 1816 in Saint-Ambroise-de-la-Jeune-Lorette, Québec, Canada (Loretteville).  Marie-Josephte was the child of Joseph MARTIN dit BEAULIEU and Marie-Marthe LABERGE.

Charles RENAUD died 24 April 1799 in Saint-Ambroise-de-la-Jeune-Lorette, Lower Canada .
