Charles BLANCHET  was born abt. 1732 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Charles died 9 May 1806 in Lotbinière, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis).  Charles was the child of Jean-Baptiste BLANCHET and Geneviève ROUSSEAU.
