Jean-Baptiste  married  Charlotte AUBUCHON dite DESALIERS 21 January 1765 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Province of Québec, Canada .  Charlotte AUBUCHON dite DESALIERS  was born abt. 1737 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Charlotte died 14 November 1773 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Charlotte was the child of Michel AUBUCHON dit DESALLIERS and Catherine DUTEAU.

Jean-Baptiste  married  (2) Geneviève PELLETIER 11 April 1774 in Saint-Cuthbert, Province of Québec, Canada .  Geneviève PELLETIER  was born 17 March 1746 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Geneviève died 5 May 1775 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Geneviève was the child of Charles-François PELLETIER dit ANTAYA CHATEAUNEUF and Marie-Thérèse PELOQUIN dite CREDIT.

Jean-Baptiste  married  (3) Marie-Anne PAQUIN 16 October 1775 in Saint-Cuthbert, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Anne PAQUIN  was born abt. 1751 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Anne died 7 September 1825 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Anne was the child of Louis-Joseph PAQUIN and Marie-Josephte LESIEUR.

Jean-Baptiste FAFARD died 21 February 1791 in Saint-Cuthbert, Lower Canada.
