Augustin RACETTE  was born 9 April 1757 in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Québec, Canada.  Augustin died 12 October 1836 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Augustin was the child of François RACETTE and Madeleine AMYOT (AMIOT) dite VILLENEUVE.
