Charles  married  Marie-Angelique PROVENCHER dite DUCHARME 19 February 1759 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Canada, New France .  Marie-Angelique PROVENCHER dite DUCHARME  was born 3 October 1746 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Marie-Angelique died 1 March 1833 in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, Le Haut-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Saint-Gregoire-le-Grand).  Marie-Angelique was the child of Antoine PROVENCHER dit DUCHARME and Angelique HOUDE.

Charles MASSE BEAUMIER died 21 January 1815 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Lower Canada .
