Charles  married  Marie-Angélique CARRIER 24 November 1744 in Lauzon, Lévis, Canada, New France .  Marie-Angélique CARRIER  was born 22 January 1710 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Marie-Angélique died 3 April 1804 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Marie-Angélique was the child of Charles CARRIER and Marie GESSERON dite BRULOT.

Charles GUAY died 23 December 1749 in Québec, Canada, New France .
