Jeanne HUNAULT was the child of Toussaint HUNAULT (HUNEAULT) dit DESCHAMPS and Marie LORGUEIL-ARCOUET

Marriage notes:
PRDH has records of the baptism of one of their children in 1698 at Pointe-aux-Trembles
No record of their marriage
In captivity among the Iroquois, Jeanne Huneault, the widow Quevillon, married the Frenchman[?] Jacques Courval, who must have perished there because there is no more trace of him with the return of the prisoners around 1698. They have had a son, Louis Augustin Courval, born in captivity, who is baptized, under conditions[?], at Pointe-aux-Trembles, on June 4, 1698, at 18 months of age. The record mentions that "the parents were married at Iroquois," therefore at the beginning of 1696, corresponding with the attack of the Iroquois villages by Frontenac.
