LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THOMAS LAPHAM OF SCITUATE
I, Thomas Lapham of Scittuate within the Jurisdiction of New Plymouth : weak in body but of sound and perfect memory doe make and appoint this my last will and testament in mannor and forme following :
Viz I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth the black and white bellyed heifer; and I give to my Daughter Mary the calfe of the said heiffer; and I give to my sonn Thomas a black two yearling heifer; and to my Daughter Lidia the calfe of my Nancye Cow these cattell I would have keept forth either by my executor heerafter mencioned or by som other; they being paid for the keeping of them with som of the encrease that shall com of them; And I make and appoint Mary my wife to bee sole and alone executrix and I doe give her all the Rest of my estate both lands and moveables for the bringing up of my children; I Witness Whereof I have the day and yeare above written sett to my hand and Seale
